Your data is a position we manage with the same discipline we bring to capital. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have — in plain language, not legalese.

Pre-Launch Notice

Aquarius Financial L.L.C. is in active development. The current site is a static landing page and does not collect personal information beyond what is described below. This policy describes our practices for the full platform at launch — it is published now so you know what to expect.

Article I

Our Promise

Commitments

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers. We collect only what we need to operate the Service — and we secure it like the asset it is.

Aquarius Financial L.L.C. was built on the principle that precision in markets requires trust in tools. That trust extends to how we handle your information. The sections below describe our practices in detail.

Article II

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Aquarius Financial L.L.C. platform, our website at aquariusfinancial.ai, the Ganymede analytical agent, and any related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). It does not cover third-party brokerages, exchanges, or websites you may link to from the Service — those have their own privacy practices.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information consistent with this policy.

Article III

What We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, organized by source:

Account Information
Name, email address, password (hashed), and billing details when you subscribe.
Usage Data
Watchlists, alert configurations, indicators viewed, and feature interactions.
Ganymede Inputs
Prompts, queries, and uploaded files you submit to the AI agent.
Device & Log Data
IP address, browser type, device identifiers, session timestamps, and crash logs.
Verification Data
Email confirmations and, where required, identity verification artifacts.
Communications
Support inquiries, feedback submissions, and survey responses you choose to share.

What we do not collect: we do not access your brokerage credentials, custody your assets, or read your trading activity at any broker or exchange. We do not collect biometric data or precise geolocation.

Article IV

How We Use It

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Operate the Service — authenticate accounts, render indicators, deliver alerts, and respond to Ganymede queries.
  • Improve the Service — identify bugs, analyze performance, and refine features through aggregated usage patterns.
  • Communicate with you — send transactional emails (billing, security, account changes) and product updates you opt into.
  • Secure the Service — detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Comply with law — meet our legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Article V

AI & Ganymede

When you interact with Ganymede, your prompts and any files you upload are transmitted to our infrastructure and to the underlying model providers we use to power the agent. We treat these inputs as your information.

We do not use your individual prompts to train foundation models. We may use de-identified, aggregated patterns — for example, common query types or feature requests — to improve Ganymede's prompting, retrieval, and tool-use logic.

You should not submit material non-public information, confidential third-party data, or sensitive personal information about others into Ganymede. If you do, you represent that you have authorization to do so.

You may delete your Ganymede conversation history at any time from your account settings. Deleted conversations are removed from our active systems in a reasonable timeframe, and from any short-term backups during the normal backup-rotation cycle.

Article VI

When We Share

We share your information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, payment processors, email delivery, market data vendors, and AI model providers, each contractually bound to handle your data only for the purposes we authorize.
  • Legal compliance — when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified and given choices regarding your information.
  • With your consent — when you explicitly direct us to share information with a specific third party.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

Article VII

Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — session authentication and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional — remembering preferences like theme, layout, and watchlist configurations.
  • Analytics — privacy-respecting tools that help us understand aggregate platform usage without tracking individuals across sites.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly if essential cookies are blocked.

Article VIII

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, using current industry-standard protocols.
  • Modern password hashing — we never store passwords in plaintext.
  • Principle-of-least-privilege access controls for our infrastructure.
  • Regular security reviews, dependency monitoring, and incident response procedures.
  • Two-factor authentication available on all accounts.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable regulators in accordance with the law.

Article IX

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as we have a legitimate need:

  • Active accounts — for the duration of your relationship with us.
  • Closed accounts — removed from active systems within a reasonable period after closure, except where continued retention is required by law (for example, financial records or fraud prevention).
  • Backups — any short-term backups are overwritten in the normal course of operations.
  • Logs — security and operational logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
Article X

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete information through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Delete — request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Export — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
  • Object — opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact options in Article XV. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period as permitted by law if needed to handle your request properly.

Article XI

California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you additional rights, including the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact us using the methods in Article XV.

Article XII

International Users

Aquarius Financial L.L.C. is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

By using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to such transfer and processing. Where required (for example, for users in the European Economic Area), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Article XIII

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Article XIV

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.

The “Effective” date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review periodically.
